Problems Seeing Our Online Videos?
Here are some possible solutions.
1. Make sure that you click on the video or the bar below the video.
Sometimes you may need to do this two or three times in order to activate the video playback.
2. Sometimes all that is required is that you pause the video and allow time for the video to load, at least part way.
If your video stops and starts, this is the most likely cause of your problem.
To pause playback, simply click on the Pause/Play button on the lower left-hand corner of the video screen (see the illustration below) and allow some time for the dark gray progress bar (indicated here by the red arrow) to move past the play indicator (the small circle). You don't always have to wait until the video to fully load to play it, but you may want to, depending on the speed of your connection.
Faster internet connections usually don't require much or any wait time for loading a video, but some slower connections will require you to wait for the video to download, at least part way, in order to play it back without interruption.

3. You may need to download the latest version of Flash player.
If you cannot play the video at all, or if you do not see an image, this is the most likely solution. This is quick and easy, and best of all, free!

4. Check the security settings in your browser.
It is possible that your browser's security settings prevent you from downloading and viewing online video. Refer to your browser's help files to learn how to adjust those settings.
While this is not an exhaustive list of possible fixes, these should take care of the more common end-user problems. If none of these solutions work, then please contact us so we can determine whether or not there is an error in the video playback from our end.
